Getting Started
How do I create my first product?▼
Go to Dashboard → Products → Add New Product. Fill in the product name, description, category, and upload any certifications.
What is a batch?▼
A batch represents a specific production run of your product. It includes harvest date, packaging date, quantity, and associated facilities.
How do I generate QR codes?▼
Create a batch first, then use the Wizard or go to Dashboard → QR Codes → Generate New. You can download PNG files for printing.
Account & Billing
How do I upgrade my plan?▼
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing. You can upgrade to Pro or Enterprise plans anytime.
Can I cancel my subscription?▼
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your account remains active until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?▼
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions. You can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
QR Codes & Traceability
What information appears on the public page?▼
Product name, batch number, dates, facility information, certifications, and contact details. No sensitive business data is shown.
Can I customize the public pages?▼
Pro and Enterprise plans include custom branding options. You can add your logo and customize colours.
How do I track QR code scans?▼
Scan analytics are available in your dashboard. View counts, timestamps, and general location data (GDPR compliant).
Technical Support
What file formats can I upload?▼
Images: JPG, PNG, WebP up to 5MB. Documents: PDF up to 10MB. CSV files for bulk import.
Is my data secure?▼
Yes, we use enterprise-grade encryption and comply with GDPR. Your data is stored securely in EU servers.
Do you have an API?▼
Enterprise plans include API access for custom integrations. Contact sales for API documentation.
