Trace Food provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables food producers to:

• Manage product and batch information
• Track facilities in their supply chain
• Generate QR codes for traceability
• Provide public-facing traceability information
• Analyze QR code scan data

2. Account Registration

Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must represent a legitimate food business
• One account per business entity

Account Security

• You're responsible for maintaining account security
• Use a strong, unique password
• Enable two-factor authentication when available
• Notify us immediately of any security breaches

3. Acceptable Use

You May:

• Use the service for legitimate food traceability purposes
• Upload accurate product and facility information
• Generate QR codes for your own products
• Export your own data

You May Not:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer or copy our software
• Use the service to spam or harass others
• Overload our systems with excessive requests

4. Subscription and Billing

Plans and Pricing

• Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually
• Prices are listed on our pricing page
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice
• No refunds for partial months

Payment

• Payment processed securely by Stripe
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You're responsible for applicable taxes

Cancellation

• Cancel anytime from your account settings
• Service continues until end of billing period
• Data export available for 30 days after cancellation
• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible

Public Information

• QR code pages display information you choose to make public
• Public information may be indexed by search engines
• You're responsible for ensuring public information is accurate
• We may cache public information for performance

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software
• You retain rights to your content and data
• Our service includes open-source components with separate licenses
